"Not another word about Nikolas."

Jax: Well, you know, I'm thinking about taking a planeload of friends over to Monaco to see if our luck carries over to the gaming tables.

Stefan: Before you go off jet-setting, Mr. Jacks, there is the matter of the Cassadine assets you siphoned off to antagonize Helena.

Alexis: Every one of those companies, Jax acquired in a fair deal.

Stefan: Well, I looked the other way, Alexis, because I knew he was putting pressure on Helena, and he knows it.

Nikolas: So what are you suggesting?

Stefan: That he sell back all the companies at his cost.

Alexis: You can't ask him to do that.

Stefan: Why not?

Jax: I have a much better idea -- kind of like bringing Monaco here. We draw cards. High card wins -- everything I took from Cassadine enterprises.

~*~

Jax: What do you say? One hand, high cards win, all or nothing.

Stefan: If I lose, what do you collect?

Jax: How about Wyndemere?

Stefan: Well, that would be Nikolas' decision. You willing to let it go?

Nikolas: Ahem. Well, uncle, I've never been very fond of that place.

Stefan: Are you certain?

Nikolas: Oh, I'm positive, yes.

Stefan: You're on, Mr. Jacks.

Jax: Ned, you got a deck of cards?

Ned: Yes, I do. Right here. {He shuffles the cards}

~*~

Ned: Stefan? {Stefan picks a Jack and Jax picks a King}

Stefan: So if my card is higher, you allow Cassadine enterprises to repurchase, at your price, the holdings you pirated.

Jax: If my card is higher, I get to keep spoon island and Wyndemere and also the holdings that I bought from Cassadine enterprises. {Stefan holds up his Jack and Jax holds up an 8} I'll sign the papers in the morning.

Ned: Congratulations.

Gia: Do rich people usually do business like this? I mean, is this common and us not-rich people just don't know about it?

Nikolas: Well, it's not very common for uncle Stefan, but it is quite routine for Mr. Jacks.

Gia: Well, lucky for your family.

Nikolas: Thank you, Jax. {Shakes Jax's hand}

Jax: Oh, that was fun.

Nikolas: Well, that's about enough high-stakes entertainment for me. Gia and I are going to cut out. We promised my mother that we would go swing by there, so --

Alexis: You all right? You're going to be all right?

Nikolas: Ask me in a week. Hmm?

Alexis: I love you.

Nikolas: I love you. You know that. All right. {Walks over to Kristina and Stefan} You know, Kristina -- ahem -- I think if I said welcome to the family, I might scare you just a little bit, so what I will say is welcome, and I do look forward to getting to know you, ok?

Kristina: Same here.

Nikolas: All right. {Hugs Kristina}

Kristina: Bye.

Nikolas: See you. Uncle, I have not apologized for everything I've done.

Stefan: Oh, no, no, no. Please. No apology is necessary. I'll call you tomorrow.

Nikolas: All right. Ok. That's fair. I love you, too. You know that, right?

Stefan: Mm-Hmm.

Nikolas: Ok. All right, see you guys.

Alexis: Bye.

Nikolas: Thanks, Ned.

Gia: Bye. {Her and Nikolas leave}

~*~

Nikolas: Bobbie.

Bobbie: Hey.

Nikolas: Was that really what I thought it was?

Bobbie: Yes, it -- you know what? The party's still inside, and I got to -- excuse me. {She leaves}

Nikolas: Let's go. {They walk into the house}

Lucky: Yeah, yeah, I'll be right there. I just want to try Elizabeth again. Hey.

Nikolas: Hey.

Gia: You still haven't heard from Elizabeth?

Lucky: No. Not yet. Is there any word on your father?

Nikolas: No. I wouldn't blame the police if they didn't believe us.

Lucky: Well, if you'd like me to go help you look for him, I'd be more than happy to do that.

Nikolas: No, no, no. Not tonight, Lucky.

Lucky: All right.

Nikolas: So tell me, how did you break Helena's hold anyway, Hmm?

Lucky: Well, that was Elizabeth, actually. I was upstairs in the attic and I started having a conversation with her. You know, in my head. She basically told me -- follow the truth. You know, like, all along in my heart, I always thought that Helena could win, that I wasn't going to be able to beat her. But then I started thinking, well, what if that was a lie? What if I could win?

Nikolas: I've got to tell you -- when I heard you say that the ice princess was just a rock and you told Helena how pathetic she was, I knew we were going to win. Besides, then I get my little brother back, right? Hmm? {Hugs Lucky and Luke walks down the stairs}

~*~

Luke: You know, boys, after the way the two of you handled yourselves during this recent underground unpleasantness, I think it's only fair to warn you that if you keep this kind of behavior up, you could actually make something of yourselves.

Nikolas: Thanks.

Luke: Love to stay.

Nikolas: Uh-huh.

Luke: But I got to go.

Nikolas: All right.

Luke: See you.

Nikolas: See you.

Luke: Bye-bye. {He leaves}

Laura: Bye. {Hugs Lucky and Nikolas} Oh, I love you both so much.

Nikolas and Lucky: We love you, too.

Laura: {Looks at Gia} Oh. Have you ever seen two cuter guys?

Nikolas: Ah, no, no, no.

Laura: Has everybody else gone home?

Nikolas: You know, it looks like we missed a great party. But I have one question. Why was there a pony out in front?

Laura: Everybody keeps mentioning the pony.

~*~

Nikolas: Bye-bye. {He makes his way over to Gia and wraps his arms around her} So, you want to go to a club and hang out?

Gia: No. I've been hanging out with people all day.

Nikolas: So you're saying that you, I don't know, want to be alone?

Gia: No. I definitely want to be with someone tonight. Ok, I'm going to count to five, and if we're not out of here --

Nikolas: We're gone. Let's go. {They leave}
